Margo Mann has announced her debut album, Love Is A Dog, arriving October 16 via [PIAS] Recordings. Alongside the announcement, the Naarm/Melbourne songwriter has shared the new single “Not Love,” a bittersweet indie-pop track that pairs sharp lyrical observations with understated emotional tension. Produced by Burke Reid and mastered by Matt Colton, the album promises a cinematic blend of guitar-driven arrangements, piano-led moments and intimate songwriting.
She explains: “Love Is A Dog is very raw in places. It was forged from a time of absolute questioning and unravelling. A time where I hadn’t quite reassembled myself properly. But equally, it was born out of an attempt at ruthless self-trust.”
