VIVA! Festival returns to Locorotondo in Italy’s picturesque Valle d’Itria from July 31 to August 2. Over three days, the festival once again brings together cutting-edge electronic music, indie songwriting, and experimental sounds, reinforcing its reputation as one of Southern Europe’s most distinctive boutique festivals.
The opening day features French electronic duo Polo & Pan in an Italian exclusive alongside acclaimed singer-songwriter Giorgio Poi, dream-pop artist Birthh, rising producer okgiorgio, and Eva Bloo. On August 1, the focus shifts toward the international underground with another Italian exclusive from Darkside, the duo of Nicolás Jaar and Dave Harrington, joined by UK rapper John Glacier, Welsh electronic innovators Overmono (DJ set), Berlin-based producer Sofia Kourtesis, Prima Stanza a Destra, and Estremo.
The festival concludes at sunrise on August 2 with its signature Unusual Breakfast, where multidisciplinary electronic composer Max Cooper will perform a special DJ set by the sea, combining live electronic music with the festival’s now-traditional shared breakfast experience.
