French-born, Brussels-based composer and organist Maxime Denuc returns with Club Imperiale, his sophomore out now via Caterina Barbieri’s light-years label. According to the press release, Expanding the ideas of Nachthorn, Denuc transforms a MIDI-controlled pipe organ into a vessel for trance, techno, and sacred minimalism, blurring the boundaries between cathedral acoustics and Balearic rave euphoria.
