Cinna Peyghamy releases Music For Tombak & Synth, a debut album that brings the traditional Persian tombak into dialogue with modular synthesis and digital processing. Developed over five years, the project grew from Peyghamy’s research into contact microphones and his desire to reconnect with his Iranian heritage through experimental music. Live percussion and electronic textures move between improvisation and carefully constructed studio arrangements, creating a sound that feels both physical and otherworldly.
