ATRIP is back with “Langur,” a hypnotic new single that marks a more reflective turn for the UK electronic producer while retaining his dancefloor instincts. Written during a break from touring in a wildlife reserve in southern Vietnam, the track balances kinetic rhythms with hazier, more spacious textures designed to work beyond the club. Following releases including the KLUBPARTEI EP, “Langur” opens a new chapter for ATRIP, whose music has earned support from Jamie xx, Ben UFO, Daphni and Bonobo.
