Stephen Holliger explores the fragile architecture of memory on Fives And Sixes, out now via Room40. Built from guitar textures, metallic resonance and fragments of archival recordings, the album moves between intimate recollection and increasingly blurred impressions of the past. Voices, childhood sounds and traces of family life surface alongside sparse, atmospheric compositions, creating a work shaped by nostalgia and impermanence.
