Lisbon trio MAQUINA. have released their second album, BODY TRANSMISSION, via Fuzz Club, channeling the intensity of their explosive live performances into a relentless studio statement. Co-produced with Hugo Valverde, the record abandons the extended improvisations of 2024’s PRATA in favor of concise, high-impact songs that fuse industrial punk, noise rock, EBM, techno and thrash into a singular, dancefloor-driven assault. Built around propulsive rhythms and raw energy, BODY TRANSMISSION captures the band’s uncompromising approach while further cementing MAQUINA. as one of Europe’s most thrilling underground acts.
