Richie Culver releases the new Quiet Husband album The Architecture of Perception, out now 10 via Industrial Coast. According to the press release, conceived as an exploration of the structural parallels between techno performance and abstract painting, the album examines how repetition, texture, density, and duration reshape perception across both sonic and visual forms. He approaches techno as a spatial and compositional practice, where slow modulation and accumulated intensity mirror the perceptual drift found in the abstract paintings of artists such as Mark Rothko.
