Philadelphia-based percussionist and producer Garrett Burke returns with Gloorp Life, the latest full-length under his Gloorp alias, available now through Jolt Music. Drawing on a background with art-rock outfits Of Montreal and Mothers, Burke continues to blur the boundaries between live drumming and electronic production, weaving together fractured club rhythms, footwork, bass music and intricate polyrhythms.
The record follows 2025’s Gloorp ‘Em Up, expanding its adventurous rhythmic language into an even more immersive and tactile collection.
