A Mexican, Colombian, and Chilean co-production, the video of “The Beat” by Matias Aguayo is directed by Lorea Arcelus (LAOrbit) and Francisco Schultz, alongside key members of the creative team behind 31 minutos — one of Latin America’s most iconic and culturally significant television shows.

In the video, Aguayo steps into the role of a music teacher whose classroom becomes a portal. “The Beat” is a joyful, house-inspired tribute to rhythm, public education, and the communal spirit of the dancefloor — what Aguayo calls “a song for children that adults can also enjoy.” The track features playful interplay between Aguayo’s keyboards and Etienne Jaumet’s effect-laden saxophone, watch below the official video.
