Gurriers sharpen their bruising post-punk attack on Nobody’s Coming To Save You, the Dublin group’s second album, due September 25 through Play It Again Sam. According to the press release, following the confrontational energy of 2024’s Come And See, the new material pushes deeper into claustrophobic noise-rock and politically charged tension, driven by serrated guitars, pummelling rhythms, and Dan Hoff’s volatile vocal presence.

Recorded between studios in Donegal and London, the album assembles an imposing production team including Mark Bowen of Idles, Loren Humphrey, engineer Chris Fullard, and mixer John Congleton, giving the band’s sound a heavier physicality without sacrificing its raw immediacy.

Title-track is the first excerpt. They explain: “It’s a song that feels hopeless on its first listen, but if you look at it more deeply it’s a call to action, no one is going to rise up if everyone expects someone else to do it. We all have to do our part in creating the change.”
