DBA! continue their rapid ascent from Liverpool’s underground with “Little Rivers,” the latest single from the forthcoming I was born, I was dead EP, out tomorrow. Emerging from the city’s DIY circuit, the quartet twist lo-fi indie rock, fractured psych-pop, and post-punk tension into something both abrasive and strangely vulnerable, balancing ragged guitars with anxious melodic drift.
“Little Rivers” reveals a more reflective side to the band, turning inward with lyrics about creative exhaustion, disappearing scenes, and the emotional instability of life inside independent music culture.
