Haylie Davis will release her debut album Wandering Star on June 5, 2026 via Fire Records. Based in Los Angeles, Davis frames the record as a coming-of-age statement rooted in piano-led songwriting and narrative form. According to the press release, across the album, Davis situates personal reflection within a lineage of 1970s singer-songwriter craft, prioritizing structure and performance.
“Give Me A Rainbow” is the new excerpt. About the track she explains: “When you’re at your lowest point a rainbow can be the difference between hope and hopelessness. The clouds will part eventually and that first sunshine will create a rainbow to show you that there’s a break in the storm”
