Isolation Tales is a live series and a streaming event that is the follow-up of our series Isolation Portrait – Live From Home, focused on modern classical, electronic textures and experimental paths in music. The new guest is British, Poland based pianist and composer Michael Griffiths. He has released the debut EP called Une Chapelle à La Campagne which is out now via piano and coffee records. According to the press release, it is a project that features five sincere, heart-warming compositions that merge classical and jazz music in a contemporary context. The inspiration behind this release was Griffiths’ upbringing in the Polish countryside. Endless forests and vast farmlands are translated into sound, creating a musical journey from dawn to dusk.
