James Wolf has been a member of the Washington, D.C. independent music community for 21 years. In that time, he has played violin, guitar and keyboards on recordings and live performances with Air King, Laconic Chamber, La Reproduction Interdite, From Quagmire, The Gena Rowlands Band, The Nitrate Hymnal orchestra, The Picture is Dead, Fern Knight (Philadelphia), The Orchid, Sourdeline (France) and in collaborations with Doug Wolf, Jeff Barsky (Insect Factory) & Chris Videll (Tag Cloud).
In early 2013, James began a violin-based solo project and released his first CD “Oh”. on se lève is the new album and it will be available on May 6th from Verses Records on cassette and digital. “Haa” is the first excerpt that shows the ambient tension, tremors of the sound and the fierce propensity.
